This art piece is on acid-free, heavy weight, 350 gsm, 8¨ x 10¨ watercolour paper.
 
I painted this piece loosely and intuitively, letting the watercolor move between earth and  roots. The drips of brown become the soil beneath the green—a reminder that what we see growing above the surface is always connected to something deeper below.
